Now recognized as a San Francisco tradition, the festival continues to promote and perserve local and international Latino music and performance arts that represents non-commercial, humanitarian values and highlights issues of social justice.  This year's festival features the all women ensemble performing Puerto Rican bomba, Las Bomberas De La Bahia, singer-songwriter Bianca Sandoval and Flamenco-world music fusionists LoCura on Friday; A celebration of Latino hip hop on Saturday with the acclaimed Oakland based hip hop crew Brwn Bflo, latin alternative band Bang Data with bi-lingual vocalist/MC Deuce Eclipse, and renowned MC Rico Pabon (from Omaya & Agualibre) and his group De La Fe.
